New Introductions 2019. 

Clematis BELLISSIMA ’Zo10075’PBRaf & PPaf (Patens Group)
Selected for its very free flowering habitus from May into September. The first flowers in spring are large double, the axillary flowers and summer flowers are single. The flower is of a soft violet colour.
A winter hardy climber with stems up to 2 meters long but much shorter when pot grown. Leaf is ternate and dark green of colour. Flowers 8-12 cm across, upright and spreading. The first spring flowers are fully double, the axillary and summer flowers are single. The colour is of a soft violet, sometimes almost white with a violet or pink tint or a bit striped even. Light pruning after spring flowering. Zone 6.
Clematis BELLISSIMA is raised, grown and propagated by J. van Zoest B.V. and introduced at Plantarium 2019.

Clematis LITTLE LEMONS 'Zo14100' (Tangutica Group)
Selected for its extraordanary dwarf habitus and long flowering period and the terminal flower will produce a seedhead too which last a couple of weeks.
In Holland the flowers attrack insects, especially bees and bumble bees.
A hardy plant with stems 20-30 cm long, sometimes a shoot will grow to 50 cm. Leaf pinnate and normal green coloured. Flower 2-3 cm across, nodding, yellow in colour and a neat and nice bell-shape. The terminal flowers are followed by glossy seedheads, the side flowers usually do not produce a seedhead.
Flowering time from half May till early September. Pruning in March at 10 cm above soil level. Winterhardiness Zone 5.
Clematis LITTLE LEMONS was selected J. van Zoest B.V. in 2014. At Plantarium 2019, Clematis LITTLE LEMONS was awarded with a Gold Medal and choosen "Best New Introduction".

Clematis PINK PASSION ’Zo12325’PBRaf & PPaf (Patens Group)
Selected for its double flowers in a rich colour palet of pink, purple and red.  
A hardy climber with stems up to 2 m long but shorter when pot grown.
The leaves are ternate and dark green in colour. The flowers are 8-10 cm across and upright. The flowers are fully double and have colours in pink, purple and red. Flowering time is May and June. The plant might have a few flowers in summer too. Light pruning after flowering. Zone 6.
Clematis PINK PASSION is raised, grown and propagated by J. van Zoest B.V. and introduced at Plantarium 2019.

Clematis WHITE ARABELLA ’Zo14089’PBRaf & PPaf (Diversifolia Group)
Selected for its very free flowering habitus in spring and summer. The first flowers are semi-double, the axillary flowers and summer flowers are single.
A winterhardy semi-climber with stems up to 1.5 m long but shorter when pot grown. Leaves are simple or ternate and dark green in colour. Flowers are 5-7 cm across, upright and white. An easy to grow plant which flowers abundantly. Flowers from May into September. Zone 5.
Clematis WHITE ARABELLA is raised, grown and propagated by J. van Zoest B.V. and introduced at Plantarium 2019 where Clematis WHITE ARABELLA recieved a Bronz Medal.
