A different Clematis because of, being a botanical species, its remarkable flowering time in May. The scent is sweet and the leaves are nice in shape with a nice green colour. The plant is related to Clematis vitalba but this one can seed it self " exuberantly" in the garden while Clematis trichotoma does not. Pruning after flowering, so before the longest day, and only when necessary. |
